You will have full access to the front yard, creek, the deck on the left side of the house and the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen inside. As mentioned above, we have a lovely, quiet tenant living downstairs in a separate suite. The access to the suite is in the back yard so we ask that you please stay in the front yard or on the deck and please try and keep your noise down past 10pm!
