The house consists of three bedrooms:
- One king room with a private balcony
- One queen room
- One room with two double beds
- The downstairs has a spacious bathroom
- The upstairs has a second bathroom with a comically small sink
- There is a large open concept kitchen/living space
- The deck out back has lots of sitting space and a covered space as well.
- There is also a fire pit to use on the property.

Located on Nova Scotia's South Shore where the housing density is low and privacy is high.
Many beaches are within a 30 - 40 minute drive, both east and west of Halifax. Martinique Beach is the highlight of the Eastern Shore area and receives a number of visitors on most summer days especially when the weather is pleasant. Crystal Cresent, Whitepoint and Carter's Beach are but a few available on the South Shore.
The locals are among the friendliest on earth. So, please, be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM.
