THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Lake Charlotte is a rural area just outside of Halifax, approximately a 45 minute drive from Halifax or the airport. The housing density is low and privacy is high.

Lawrencetown Beach and Martinique Beach are highlights of this area and receive a number of visitors on most summer days especially when the weather is pleasant. The beach is the best in Nova Scotia.

Other things to note

Absolutely No Parties or Events! PLEASE be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM. (HRM By-laws )
