Welcome to our charming private lakeside home, featuring two bedrooms and a fireplace. Situated on a tranquil lake just 40 minutes from Halifax, it is fully furnished and prepared for your stay.

Our property is located on the scenic Eastern Shore, surrounded by beautiful beaches, with the Trans Canada Trail just down the road. It offers a peaceful country setting while still being conveniently close to the city.

The space
Welcome to our cozy, one-level cottage, fully furnished and ready for you to move in. The cottage features two bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with a double bed. For your comfort, there are two heat pumps providing air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter months, along with a pellet wood stove. Additionally, TV, Wi-Fi, and heating costs are included in the rental.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Head of Chezzetcook is a rural area just outside of Halifax, approximately a 45 minute drive from Halifax or the airport. The housing density is low and privacy is high. 


Lawrencetown Beach and Martinique Beach are highlights of this area and receive a number of visitors on most summer days especially when the weather is pleasant. The beach is the best in Nova Scotia.


Other things to note

Absolutely No Parties or Events! PLEASE be respectful of neighbours who live nearby. Enjoy yourselves, but please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00PM. (HRM By-laws )
